Secure Retail is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam King as Chief Operating Officer from 1st July 2023.
Adam joined Secure Retail in 2010 and over his career has held a number of different positions within our Operations Team allowing him the develop the extensive knowledge and experience required for this new role.
Starting out in our Customer Services Team providing technical support to our partners and end user merchants, Adam moved into a pre and post sales product management role, helping to build the infrastructure required to successfully deploy our suite of payment solutions.
In 2020 after previously leading our Managed Services Team, Adam became our Head of Services overseeing the department responsible for developing and delivering our range of maintenance and support services to our customers.
