As a key member of our leadership team and reporting to our CEO, you’ll be responsible for driving the sales strategy, whilst developing a high performing team.
Lead with Vision: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with our company’s growth objectives.
Inspire and Mentor: Cultivate a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and providing the necessary tools and resources.
Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technical, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Track Performance Metrics: Monitor key sales performance metrics to measure progress and report to the Management Team and the Board.
