We are excited to offer this opportunity to join the team as Service Delivery Manager.
The role includes conducting service review meetings with our customers, communicating service reports, and completing actions from each review, following through any customer issues relating to hardware, software and gateway solutions to resolution, working with manufacturers when required.
Key Tasks
■ Organise and attend service review meetings
■ Producing and delivering service review reports for customers
■ Provide service quotes and ad-hoc installation pricing to the sales teams and customers
■ Liaising directly with Customers to discuss service requirements
■ Provide up to date information on our services and technical installations to customers and management
■ Provide feedback to the business from Service Reviews (including any new sale opportunities, further service requirements etc)
■ Advise on technical issues; keep abreast of new hardware, software packages, new standards on PCI, P2PE, wireless services etc
■ Escalation for Technical Support for customers; liaising with manufacturers/PSP’s where required
■ Suppliers – working with the Service Manager, review new and existing suppliers’ products and services
■ Assisting with the management of ad-hoc projects for service customers, for example software upgrade plans
■ Carry out training sessions for customers
■ Liaising with service partners to ensure the service criteria is being delivered correctly and cost effectively
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to prioritise and self-manage, be a great problem solver and have a good analytical and methodical approach.
