Secure Retail will closely monitor, and act upon, the advice of the United Kingdom Government in relation to coronavirus COVID-19 restrictions. Our aim will be to work with our partners to try and ensure continued support for our Estate Manager Managed Service and product repair services, with the aim of minimising any impact on our customers.

Order Placement and Despatch
Orders are being despatched as normal and without any issue. Orders can be placed and accepted through your usual channel. We have no significant supply issues from our suppliers.
However, we have put in place some measures to ensure that this will continue over the coming weeks.
Extra measures have been taken in our warehouse to minimise contact between employees.
We do not envisage that there will be any issue or change to the output or service that you will receive from Secure Retail Ltd during this period.
Guidelines for Cleaning and Disinfecting Verifone Devices
Verifone devices should only be gently cleaned with water using a lightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use solvents, detergents, or abrasive cleaners. After cleaning, the devices may be disinfected using an alcohol-based wipe or alcohol-based cleaner applied to a microfiber cloth. Do not spray, coat or pour any disinfectant or other liquid directly onto the device.
