Reporting to the Head of Retail you will primarily support the sales process. Duties will include:
• Order processing
• Product queries
• Account management
• Customer service
• Sales support to the Field Sales Team
This is a varied role to sink your teeth into with the opportunity to learn different parts of the business. We operate in a complex industry so the ability to pick up new information quickly is essential.
Attention to detail and time management will be critical as this is a fast paced business.
You must be very computer literate, highly motivated and organised.
Hours of work are 9:00am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break.
