Due to expansion we are looking for a Technical Systems Officer to provide technical support to all Secure Retail employees and to ensure the whole company runs smoothly.  Monitor and maintain the company computer systems, installs, and configure hardware and software and solve technical issues as they arise.

The Key Tasks are:

   1st and 2nd Line Support

   Fix issues, and if required escalate to the IT Manager

   System Daily checks

   Project work

   System documentation

   Mobile Device Management

   Asset Management

   Managing the IT Helpdesk

   Procurement of Hardware

You will have experience of some or all of the following:

Windows XP/10, Windows server 2012+/2019, Windows active directory and group policy, Networking (basic switching and routing), Helpdesk systems, Dell/HP Servers, Forcepoint email and web filtering solutions, Enterprise antivirus systems, Mobile Device Management and Office 365.
