The team is expanding and we are looking for a Warehouse and Repair Technician to join the team. The role is based in our air-conditioned Logistics Department and involves testing, repairing and loading software onto payment terminals. There is also a requirement to provide 2nd line telephone support.
You don’t have to be a technical expert to be successful in the role, but an interest in technology will help.
The successful Warehouse and Repair Technician will have:
• The ability to quickly react in a busy working environment to ensure that our customer’s requirements are met
• The capability to work under pressure, yet consistently have an attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Good analytical skills and a methodical approach
• Experience of using Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
Having GCSE grades of C/4 or above in English, Maths and ICT or equivalent is a requirement. A counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous or a willingness to learn.

Standard hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with half hour unpaid lunch break
