Secure Retail is a leading distributor in payment solutions specialising in hardware distribution and payment processing solutions. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we currently have two vacancies for Warehouse Repair Technician’s in our Managed Services Team.

As Repair Technician you will be responsible for facilitating the ‘Swap Out’ process; log faulty devices, test returned Payment Entry Device (PED) and customise and load software to meet the requirements of the customer. The role also includes providing first line technical support for our customers through our Telephone Helpdesk.
You don’t have to be an IT expert to succeed in this role, but a working knowledge of some aspects of IT would be an advantage. To be successful you will also have:
An excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Be able to follow procedures
Be a good communicator both verbally and written
Enjoy working in a team environment and have a flexible approach
The ability to react quickly in a busy environment to ensure that our customer’s needs are met
Have a GCSE or equivalent in English, Mathematics and/or IT grade 4 and above
